now you are here, please help!
right, well i need to come up with a design/print for a merchandise t-shirt promoting Avril Lavigne (the singer). what colours/images come to mind when you think of her? I need to get views and opinions from others to help with the project

Sorry, but she don’t float my boat. Black colors come to mind. Images of a mad female with no shape .. No curves.. Just a mad little white girl with no strength.

Before avril got married (and maybe after), she used to wear use knee high socks in some of her music videos with usually two blue, black or red stripes around the top, I tried looking everywhere for them even typing avril lavigne socks into google, but I can’t seem to find them! Lol!

Please can someone help me!!

Okay, in the picture you have put up….

Eyes – She uses some sort of black eyeliner; either liquid, kohl or pencil..
She uses alot of mascara, it’s not clumpy either, and it’s on both lashes.
She has a bit of grey eyeshadow between her eyelid and eyebrow.

Skin – She uses a light foundation suited to her natural skin colour and concealer to cover up those pimples or redness.

Lips – A natural pink lipgloss

^^ So that’s what you have to use. Tone your face with a toner! Mouisturise your skin. Apply liquid or pressed foundation (closest to your skin tone) and then conceal the imperfections
Put on grey eyeshadow, making it slant a bit up to your eyebrows.
Use black or dark brown/black eyeliner, on eyelids and under eyes slightly.
Put on mascara, don’t make it clumpy.

Last step! Put on a clear/pinkish lipgloss.
You’re done!

I’m 5’3, and I want to change my body. I’m not fat, but I could lose some weight. I love the way Avril Lavigne looks, I’d like my body to look like that. How can I achieve this, or something close? What exercises and such should I do? Obviously I should eat healthier, but I don’t know other than that. I want to be slender, but still have curves. I don’t want to be an anorexic stick, lol.

To have a body like Lavigne’s, it will take discipline from your part.You might find the things below a little tough in the beginning but if want a great body,it will only be a small sacrifice.

* Cut out refined (processed) carbohydrates.
* Stop drinking soda, and you lose 13 pounds in one year.
* Switch regular potato chips with baked chips. But no chips would be best.
* Add low carbohydrate fruits and vegetables to your diet.
* Don’t starve yourself.
* Eat slowly, this helps to make you feel full.
* Eliminate refined carbohydrates from your diet.
* Rotate your food such that you do not eat the same food often because your body could get used to a certain food routine. (Calorie shifting). This has the effect of raising your metabolism and, therefore, facilitating speedy weight loss.
* Stay away from fast food.
* Drink water instead of soda, lots of water.
* Stay away from fried food.
* Engage in brisk walking (cardio) exercise and weight training.

Alternatively try out some weight loss products like acai,it does not work for everyone but it comes recommended by a lot of people.
