Hey, guys! I decided to make a trailer. I chose Mean Girls because it’s one of my favorite movies of the moment. I absolutely HAD to use Twilight as well, because I need characters. I have long blonde hair and i want to make it look like the hair style avril lavigne has in her new music video girlfriend. Heres a picture for people who dont know what she looks like. How would i go about doing this?

Usually hair salons can go off of a picture to cut your hair. Bring in a picture of Avril Lavigne and they’ll do it exactly like that. =)

Please, no haters. And to tell you the truth, I don’t want to look exactly like her. I like myself the way I am, so nobody say ‘kid get a life. you’re not going to be Avril’ or anything like that. I’m talking the older Avril in the Girlfriend video for example.

My hair is already naturally blonde, I’m just wondering what to do for the pink. I’m thirteen, and don’t exactly think my parents would let me get a pink highlight, but if I got a clip-on everyone would think I was a ‘fake’ or whatever people label them now.

As for clothes.. I’m just wondering if she still dresses anything like her old self? Is it just pink and bright colors now? I have the clothing down. So, basically, it’s just the pink hair issue.

For the hair, ask your parents if you could use semipermanent dye. It lasts only about a month or so. If they still say no to that, they make temporary pink hair dye, which you just put in and it comes out after just one wash. Or if your parents agree to the permanent kind, you can just go to a salon and they can do it for you.

Avril dresses like her old self sometimes, she just doesn’t have the whole skater clothes, dark hair, black nails, too much eyeliner and everything at the same time anymore. It’s usually just one or two at once.

ok so i was taking a look at her new store (abbey down) and people love it !….i dont think its that good…i think her clothers were much cooler when she was punk !!

i used to love her when she was punk and i enjoyed her music and her style so much (not that i hate her now) but seriously…. i think her clothers where so much better when she was punk and she didnt wear pink….now if u look at her new clothers there is pink almost everywhere !!

i like the way she has matured and isnt scared to be herself. I think that the new her is a lot nicer to be honest but thats just my opinion. Her music is really good too. I think that many people were a bit shocked by the change but it has helped her to get a lot more fans and a lot of people do support her.

I would love to sing in the style of Avril Lavigne, but some people don’t like her because they eithier thinks she fake or they don’t like her new style.
I would love to be a singer singing in this style, but what would you think if i was singing in the style like her, and helping the world, giving to charities, etc.

The songs were a lot more catchier.

I’m sorry but, "hey hey, you you, I don’t like your girlfriend" constantly repeated throughout a song is NOT my idea of music.

Compare that rubbish song to say ‘I’m with you’ or ‘losing grip’.

Personally, I wouldn’t be caught half-dead singing her newer songs. She’s just like every other female singer out there now.
A few years ago she was classed as unique with her own voice & style.
