In the mornings I have 30 Seconds to Mars in the car, which I have been listening to since Monday. I don’t think my mums minds
Then at home, while on the computer I’m listening to Avril Lavigne (Let Go) – I find it calming.
Could that be the reason?

SINDERELLA
Priya always wanted a simple life, just like every woman would wish for. A small house, a husband who loves her dearly, and a career.
That’s all she wished for.
Sanjay, on the contrary, wanted a life “out of the extraordinary”. He wanted to be rich, have fans who idolises him, and of course, get surrounded by women.
For a couple like this, one is bound to give up their life aspirations.
And that person has to be……..
Her.
Back from work just like any other day, Priya read the newspaper on the doorstep, folded it back nicely, and lounged on the sofa.
Sanjay then showed up at her back, this shocked Priya.
“ why, you’ve learnt how to walk without making a sound?” Priya asked Sanjay.
Sanjay did not reply.
Priya grew nervous, “ Sanjay? Are you alright?”
Sanjay took a deep breath, and confessed “ Pree, I’m sorry.. I… I had an extra-marital affair…”
Priya was shocked for the second time.
More shocked than how a burglar would be when caught by the police.
“ So… for how long has this affair been?” Priya tried to stay calm.
Sanjay said “ 3 months…”
Priya held back her tears, voice trembling, she asked again “ Why are you doing this to me?”
Sanjay lowered his head, and after a pause that seemed like forever for Priya, he finally said “ let’s get a divorce.”
Both looked at the lacquered wooden floor.
“ Sure. I would want it this way, too.” Priya replied.
6 months after the divorce, Priya is now living in Naven Town, around 6 streets away from where Sanjay is living.
Sanjay and his mistress, Avril had gotten married, and she, is carrying Sanjay’s child.
Priya went for a total makeover, and now when she walks on the road, both men and women would want to take a second look at her.
“Pretty woman, walking down the street, pretty woman..”
When Priya learnt that the bitch who broke up her family is now married with her ex, she only had one thought in her mind.
KILL HER.
At first she felt bad for awhile, as this is very sinful, to think of killing someone.
“Angel Priya” and “Devil Priya” had been bickering for almost a week.
This time, Priya listened to the devil.
She gave “Angel Priya” a kick and a punch, and went ahead with her murdering plan.
“I’ll have to kill you, Avril.” Priya, mumbered.
She hid a knife behind her pocket, put on a hoodie, and a pair of shades.
She wrote a letter and put it on her table.
“ dear parents,
The daughter you’ve always doted on is going to do something very sinful today.
You always refer me to Cinderella, the fairytale character who is always bullied, after my divorce with S.
I guess I’ll be Sinderella.
Love, Priya.”
She headed off to Sanjay’s house.
The door was not locked, that’s Sanjay habit.
Because he thought, “ no one would be so daring to enter my mansion.”
Priya nagged at him over this for almost 5 years, but he just didn’t change.
Sadly, his over-confidence is going to cause him to lose someone he loved so dearly.
With a slight push, Priya got into her old house.
Everything still remained the same, except for the woman who co-owns this house.
She tip-toed, stood beside the king-sized bed Sanjay, Avril and the little unborn were sleeping on.
So soundly, so sweetly.
Not for long.
Priya opened the wardrobe, and changed into a white gown that must have belonged to Avril.
It fits her to a T.
Then, slowly taking out her knife, Priya knelt beside Avril, and whispered into her ears “ Goodbye, my dear.”
She raised her knife high up, and within a second or two, it went straight into Avril’s heart.
Avril let out a loud cry, and fell back onto the bed.
Sanjay woke up and was shocked to see Avril covered in blood, and Priya, was holding on to a blood-dripping knife.
Drops of blood dripped onto the lacquered wooden floor.
“WHY DID YOU DO THIS!” Sanjay hugged Avril tightly, and shouted at Priya.
Tears rolled down Sanjay’s face.
Priya was shocked, not because of what she did, but because she had never seen Sanjay so sad before.
His tears joined the tiny blood pool on the floor.
Priya suddenly realised that, she did not kill just one, but two.
Avril is 5 months’ pregnant.
She killed the unborn baby.
She killed the woman who broke up her family.
She killed her ex’s heart.
What good will Priya get after killing the person she hated the most?
She should have realised that no matter what she do, she’s never going to win Sanjay’s love for her back.
The love he had for her had long disappeared.
She’d sinned.
She’d made a grave mistake.
She’d let the devil take control over her mind and body.
She’s now a human without a soul.
Then, she took the knife once again, and said her last sentence “ goodbye, Sanjay. I’m sorry.”
With her final strength, she planted the knife onto her abdomen.
The next day, 2, no, 3 bodies were found.
Avril, Priya and the unborn baby.
Sanjay is sent to an asylum.
Priya, though she succeeded in revenging, she may never taste the joy of her success.

yeah i agree with the 2nd answer…it sounds familiar…i just can’t put my foot on it…it sounds super familiar…and i’m not saying simple plan is a plagirizing (sp?) band but the music in the background in the very first sentence sounds eerily similar to something i’ve heard before
