She is a natural blonde and is pretty light to begin with.. she then foils into what she already has. You would have to have a very light blonde natural base to work with.. Work with what you have.. that is always the best option.

Avril Lavigne has rumors that she’ll be on tour next year or maybe even the end of this year cause shes going to have a new CD come out this year. Katy Perry and Lady Gaga im guna guess and say maybe because they both had CDs come out but i am not positive and Paramore i don’t think so.
