i went to her concert (the best damn tour) a few weeks ago too!
its actually MUCH better than i expected. i personally went for Boys like Girls, but avril was good too!
a lot of people there are tweens, 10-12, and were dressing like Avril would. mini avrils.
i would suggest, depending on how into you want to be, wearing pink and black and maybe some gelly bracelets. with skinny jeans and converse!

when i went i was thinking everyone was gonna dress punk rock and everything so i wore a black shirt and cute arm warmers with jeans but everyone was girly and preppy dressed. there was a little of both. but wear whats comfortable and your style. References :
