Cady Heron (Kristen Stewart) has been home-schooled her whole life. Now she enters the dog-eat-dog world of high school, where the always comes out ontop. First she befriends Janis Ian (Anna Kendrick) and Damian (Michael Welch). They tell her about ‘The Plastics’ or the girls that rule the school. ‘The Plastics’ are made up of Karen Smith (Nikki Reed) the dumbest girl in the school, Gretchen Weiners (Ashley Greene) the girl with the most gossip, and Regina George (Avril Lavigne) the Queen Bee or, as Janis nicely put it, a slut-faced ho-bag. ‘The Plastics’ sucked Cady into their inner circle, and Janis wants to take advantage of them. They start fooling Regina in the most devious ways. But what will happen in the end? Will Regina be taken down? Or will Regina throw Cady away like last year’s Ralph Lauren mini? Hey, guys! I decided to make a trailer. I chose Mean Girls because it’s one of my favorite movies of the moment. I absolutely HAD to use Twilight as well, because I need characters. And some people playing the drums in Avril Lavigne music videos aren’t gonna cut it. It didn’t take too long to whip this video up, because it’s only like… 3 minutes. How I came up with this:

1.) Is very new
2.) Doesn’t have any arrangement on YouTube that I could find.

However, my creepy “transposed up” voice just wouldn’t work, and a real female voice would sound LOADS better than anything I can come up with. So, consider this an open invitation to any ladies who want to sing the melody and send a video to me or you singing just the melody (while listening to the video).

You can also tell I was recording this from about 5-6 P.M.

FYI, this took about 90 minutes to transcribe, about 90 minutes to record and mix, and about 3 hours to make the video.

“Alice” is a song written and performed by Canadian singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne for the soundtrack to the 2010 film Alice in Wonderland, entitled Almost Alice, released on March 2, 2010. In addition to appearing on the soundtrack, the song was played over the film’s end credits. The song is a mid-tempo ballad sung from the perspective of the film’s lead character, Alice. According to Lavigne, she wrote the song after asking Disney executives and director Tim Burton for a role on the soundtrack. The song was produced by Butch Walker and mixed by Lavigne’s former husband Deryck Whibley.
The song was first played on radio on January 27, 2010, when Lavigne appeared on the show, On Air with Ryan Seacrest. “Alice” sold 45,000 copies within the first four weeks of its release.
